日米両国の中等教育にはさまざまな違いがあります。特に高等学校の教育制度における時間枠組みの違いは、非常に興味があります。また、当時の資料が大勢の歴史研究家たちの間で論議されている第二次世界大戦終結時にアメリカが日本に投下した原子爆弾についての論争や文献も研究対象にしています。
