生物活性物質の探索

人間の身体に働いて生理機能を調節する生物活性物質を探索します。主として培養細胞やタンパク質を用いた試験系を使って、疾病の治療や健康維持に役立つ新しい物質を探し、医薬品や健康食品、化粧品、検査・分析試薬などの用途を目指します。
